Dear Jazelle,
Unfortunately Pebbles was in a rush and I couldn't interview her, but I had to stop and get a picture of her outrageously bright pink dreads! I was in the House of Humor Halloween store when I ran into pebbles, I couldn't leave without snapping a shot! Her hair choice has yet been the most unique I have ever seen on the streets!
